An Elgin woman and her boyfriend died early Thursday morning in a head-on collision on Bowen Street near Tupelo Lane. Kershaw County Coroner David West identified the victims as Darlene Sabrina Ramirez, 36, and Charles Vincent Parker, 26, both of Elginwood Drive, Elgin. He said Ramirez and Parker were pronounced dead at the scene.
