A total of five people are now charged in connection with Monday night’s murder of a Camden man. Kershaw County Sheriff Jim Matthews said Randy Lewis, 26, of Camden, who was actually the first to be arrested Tuesday, is now charged with conspiracy to commit kidnapping, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and accessory before the fact of a felony (armed robbery). Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) Lt. Chris Phillips said either conspiracy charge could carry a life sentence because both the kidnapping and armed robbery were considered violent offenses.
