A 911 call from a woman locked in a bedroom led Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) deputies to arrest an 18-year-old east Camden man on first degree burglary and other charges Monday. According a KCSO press release, deputies arrested Zachary Benjamin Herbert, 18, of Henry Street in east Camden. In addition to charging Herbert with first degree burglary, deputies also charged him with breaking into a motor vehicle, and unlawful possession of controlled substances following a burglary to an occupied home and resisting arrest.
