Fourteen Kershaw County educators -- two first time applicants and 12 renewals -- have earned the highest credential available in the teaching profession, bringing the total number of Kershaw County School District (KCSD) employees who are National Board certified to 130. “This is an extremely rigorous process to undergo and a tremendous honor to receive,” KCSD Superintendant Dr. Frank Morgan said in a press release. “I commend and congratulate these persons for undertaking and achieving this certification.”
