The South Carolina Chapter of the National School Public Relations Association (SC/NSPRA) announces its executive board for the 2018–2019 year. Becky Bean of Camden, who is communications manager for the S.C. School Boards Association will serve as president of the board. Julie Putnam, Kershaw County School District's webmaster, will serve as Rewards for Excellence co-chair.
