Blackmon, DuRant, Halley reelected to top school board posts
Trustees add stadium safety projects to possible referendum list

Ron Blackmon, Kim DuRant and Shirley Halley will be the chairman, vice chair and chaplain of the Kershaw County Board of Trustees for another year. The three were unanimously reelected to their top positions on the board by their fellow trustees during a special 10 a.m. meeting Tuesday. Kershaw County School District (KCSD) Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan chaired the beginning of the meeting until trustees reelected Blackmon.
