The Kershaw County School District finalized a contract Thursday with PrimeRealty Group to purchase property that housed the former Howden-Buffalo operations on U.S. 1 in Camden. The $1.75 million contract calls for the district to sell its current office building on DuBose Court to PrimeRealty for a $500,000 credit. In exchange, the district will only pay $1.25 million for the U.S. 1 property, which includes four buildings and 28 acres of land that will be used for district office operations.
