Despite numbers, still no KCSD mask mandate
10 percent of all students now quarantined
At its Tuesday evening meeting, Kershaw County School District (KCSD) Superintendent Dr. Shane Robbins told the Kershaw County Board of School Trustees no mask mandates are being put in place at any of the district’s schools. That is despite, according to the district’s COVID-19 dashboard, as of early Thursday afternoon, 208 students and 26 district staff members having tested positive for the coronavirus, with another 1,126 students and seven staff members quarantined.
