Lack of soft skills, such as communication, teamwork and professionalism, in potential workers can often be the difference between successful and unsuccessful employees. In order to help students better acquire these skills, INVISTA recently donated $10,000 to the Kershaw County School District (KCSD) to implement Microburst Learning’s EmployABILITY program. KCSD high school students will receive EmployABILITY’s instruction via both hands-on training and online software programs.
