Thanks to generous donations made in memory of the late Thomas E. “Daddy Mac” McLester, four young women -- three who graduated from Kershaw County schools -- have been named as recipients of scholarships in McLester’s name. This year’s recipients are Brianna Alexander and Elexis Ross, both graduates of North Central High School; Ryan Robinson, a Camden High School graduate; and Jade Louallen, who recently graduated from Richland Northeast High School. This is the third year that Camden First United Methodist Church has award the scholarships to outstanding graduating seniors.
