Several students from the Applied Technology Education Campus (ATEC) participated in the Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) competition held March 7-9 in Charleston. Amber Farmer (first row, left) and Chelsea McDonald (second row, left) won first place for Career Health Display. Brooke Edwards (first row, center), Caleb Reese (second row, second from right) and Ben Blankenship (second row, second from left) won first place in the Health Education category. Thomas “Gunnar” Branham (second row, right) won first place in the Researched Persuasive Speaking. Brittany Baird (first row, right) won third place for Medical Photography.
