A teacher’s responsibility doesn’t end with state-mandated curriculum. Character, morals, positive behavior and leadership skills are also key aspects of developing well-rounded and responsible adults. To better influence every area of their student’s lives, Jackson Elementary School (JES) faculty and staff members have implemented The Leader in Me, a program developed by the late Stephen Covey, author of “7 Habits of Highly Effective People.”
