Job Readiness for Teens (JRT), formerly Juveniles Experiencing Excellence Program (JEEP), is a part of the Safe School/Healthy Students grant administered through the Kershaw County School District. JRT teaches practical job and life skills training with real world experience. JRT teaches its students résumé building, etiquette and interview tips.
