The Kershaw County School District (KCSD) received 18 awards for excellence in communications from the South Carolina chapter of the National School Public Relations Association on Friday. “It’s critical that we communicate well with our families and communities,” said KCSD Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan. “We make keeping persons informed in a variety of ways a priority, and it’s great to see that recognized at the state level.”
