Kershaw County School District (KCSD) counselors spent Wednesday at the district’s offices learning about various local industries and the skills those companies need from the local workforce. The counselors even got to play a game similar to a reality TV show. The all-day annual KCSD Industry Showcase included “industry spotlights,” which allowed companies to share skills and product information with the counselors, according to KCSD Careers/Education Economic Development Coordinator Ed Garrison.
