KCSD looking to expand credit for journalism classes
In July 2019, the Kershaw County School District (KCSD) sought award credit toward graduation to high school students for three courses: journalism, yearbook and unified physical education. The Kershaw County Board of Trustees approved of the district’s intentions. Camden High School (CHS) newspaper and yearbook advisors Amy Goodwin and Samantha Argondizzo wrote the 2019 application.
