KCSD to launch online registration, new website designs

In an effort to make things easier for parents and district staff, as well as be more cost efficient, the Kershaw County School District (KCSD) will launch a new online student registration system in July. The district will also change over its district and individual school websites to a new design scheme during the week of June 29. “I got to thinking it was a curious idea,” KCSD Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan said of online registration, “and I’ve really gotten to valuing it because you get a much better sense of what your enrollment is prior to school starting where, before, the first day of school was kind of a surprise … some surprises you weren’t too happy with.”
