After a successful first year of study, the Kershaw County School District (KCSD) will extend its partnership with the University of South Carolina (USC) to continue reviewing student learning, well-being and general health. “We started this effort last school year and have been pleased with the information that is being gathered,” KCSD Executive Director for Instructional Support Alisa Taylor said in a press release. “This study is helping us to better identify students who would benefit from additional counseling support and other resources so its impact is significant.”
