LeKeith Bufford (second from left) holds his S.C. Department of Education Adult Education Full-Time Teacher award, recently received during the state department’s Celebrating Success program. Also honored (from left) were Kershaw County School District Superintendent Dr. Shane Robbins (Facility Enhancement Award), Adult Education College and Career Navigator Bridgett Bailey (Region 2 College and Career Navigator of the Year), and Adult Education Director Weyland Burns (Stepped Up to the Plate award for developing innovative solutions to address the challenges that have arisen from the COVID-19 pandemic).
The S.C. Department of Education (SCDE) named Kershaw County School District teacher LeKeith Bufford as the state’s S.C. Adult Education Full-Time Teacher of the Year during the department’s recent Celebrating Success program.
