Monday, Kershaw County School District (KCSD) students who have or would have attended classes at the Applied Education Campus (ATEC) in east Camden began attending the Woolard Technology Center (WTC) at its new joint campus with Central Carolina Technical College (CCTC) near I-20 Exit 98.
