Kirkland tapped for Phi Kappa Phi

Matthew Tyler Kirkland, of Lugoff, was recently initiated into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi at Francis Marion University, where he is studying computer science. Kirkland is among approximately 30,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year. Founded in 1897 at the University of Maine, Phi Kappa Phi is the nation’s oldest, largest and most selective all-discipline honor society.
