The public is invited to an opening reception for Lugoff-Elgin High School’s (L-EHS) student art Puzzle Project this Thursday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Central Carolina Technical College.
L-EHS art students used a writing assignment about key issues in their lives to create unique puzzle pieces that make up the Puzzle Project.
“The Puzzle Project is about expressing one’s self and collaborating with others,” said L-EHS art teacher Gina Bruce.
“Each piece starts out blank white. But in the end, all of the thousands of pieces in the big jigsaw installation are different ... just like all of us.”
