Lugoff-Elgin Middle School recently saluted its South Carolina Junior Scholars. Students achieve Junior Scholar status by either scoring 50 or higher in verbal, math or writing on the PSAT or by participating in Duke University’s Talent Identification Program (TIP) during their seventh-grade year.
