Lugoff-Elgin Middle School 7th Grader Abigail Shoemake submitted this drawing in the South Carolina U.S. Attorney Office’s 17th annual Project Safe Neighborhoods logo contest. Abigail won first place in her division for 6th to 8th Graders.
South Carolina U.S. Attorney Peter M. McCoy Jr., recently announced winners of the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s 17th annual Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) Logo Contest. Among the division winners is Abigail Shoemake of Lugoff, a 7th Grader at Lugoff-Elgin Middle School, who won in the 6th through 8th Grade division.
