The Lugoff-Elgin High School (LEHS) stadium press box will be dedicated to the memory of Joey Dorton during Friday’s night football game. Dorton—a LEHS alumni, ABLE Club member and former school board chairman—died last year. The ABLE Club raised funds from community members to renovate the press box, a place where Dorton spent many evenings helping with the game clock.
