Dr. Frank Morgan, Kershaw County School District (KCSD) superintendent, recently received a 4 percent salary raise for this “dedication” to making the district a “high quality learning environment.” According to a KCSD press release, the board evaluated Morgan’s 2012-2013 school year performance in executive session during its Dec. 3 meeting. The annual evaluation is required by board policy and his employment agreement with the district.
