Justin R. Putnam of Camden was named to the Dean’s List for the 2011 spring semester at the University of South Carolina. A student in the College of Arts and Sciences, Putnam is the son of Teresa Putnam of Camden and the grandson of Jean and Richard Hoopengardner of Camden. A senior at USC, he is a graduate of Camden High School.
