The Kershaw County Board of School Trustees is moving forward with plans for its referendum community meetings, tentatively set for September and October. During Tuesday’s board meeting, Kershaw County School District (KCSD) Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan presented a proposed schedule and plan for 12 meetings which will take place in the North Central, Camden, Lugoff and Elgin areas. Trustees will use the meetings to gather public input for a possible referendum question during the 2016 election.
