School board to hold special called meeting

The Kershaw County Board of School Trustees is calling a special meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. in order to begin the process of replacing Kershaw County School District (KCSD) Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan. Morgan announced his retirement, effective June 30, on Jan. 17. The board will immediately vote to go into executive session to receive legal advice regarding the superintendent search.
