Tuesday night, members of the Kershaw County Board of School Trustees wrapped up their summaries of a recent district-wide all-employee survey. The survey covered a wide range of topics, from how employees feel about their jobs and supervisors to how they perceive trustees and their work. Two weeks earlier, during the board’s June 6 meeting, trustees Dr. Don Copley, Todd McDonald, Matt Irick, Chairman Ron Blackmon, Mark Sury and Derrick Proctor summarized findings from surveys offered to, respectively, high school, district office, food service, transportation, maintenance and “other” employees.
