Blaney Elementary School 5th Grader Miko Puszczewicz has an exciting moment with a hands-on crab experience while riding a boat to Capers Island State Heritage Preserve during a recent field trip. He and other students learned about barrier island formation, organisms, habitats, communities, and ecosystems, as well as the environmental and geological factors that influence them.
