For more than 10 years, Kershaw County residents have helped provide school supplies for more than 2,000 local needy students through the district’s “School Tools” program. In order to make it more convenient for persons to participate this year, a special account has been set up at First Citizens Bank where donations can be dropped off or sent through the mail. “The School Tools program serves a great need in our community,” Kershaw County School District Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan.
