L-EHS Holiday Hopes
Lugoff-Elgin High School (L-EHS) senior Alex Martin (left) celebrates with junior Zach Mayer after announcing that their class had raised more than $200 for the Kershaw County Department of Social Services’ Angel Tree. Alex and Zach made the announcement during L-EHS’ annual Holiday Hopes assembly earlier this month. In all, L-EHS students raised more than $6,000 for the Angel Tree, and used the money to purchase presents for 30 Kershaw County families.
