The Kershaw County School District’s proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-16 budget shows a modest 2.4 percent increase from the current FY 2014-15 budget. The proposal calls for a balanced $74.83 million budget, up from almost $73.1 million in the current fiscal year. The increase is made possible, according to Kershaw County School District (KCSD) Chief Financial Officer Donnie Wilson, by an anticipated $1.73 million increase in revenues.
