Stadium lights approved

The Kershaw County Board of School Trustees unanimously voted Tuesday to replace the stadium light poles at Lugoff-Elgin High School for $204,750. Chairman Joey Dorton was not present. During recent board meetings, trustees discussed replacing two light poles, one which is currently on the ground and the other which was damaged during a recent thunderstorm.
