Kershaw County School District (KCSD) families that temporarily have been affected by the federal government furloughs may apply for free/reduced meal benefits for their children. KCSD officials said that these benefits will be granted for a temporary period under special circumstances. If families have already filled out applications, they should contact KCSD Nutrition and Food Services Coordinator Misha Lawyer.
