NCHS - Ribbon Cutting
North Central High School (NCHS) Principal David Branham cuts a green ribbon with a pair of NCHS green and gold scissors during Tuesday evening’s rededication of the rebuilt campus on Lockhart Road. Much of the school was almost completely destroyed by an EF-2 tornado in January 2020, requiring the Kershaw County School Districtto rebuild NCHS classrooms, its library, athletic buildings and more. Joining Branham are current and former members of the Kershaw County Board of School trustees, other district and elected officials, and NCHS staff. (Gee Whetsel/C-I)
