At its meeting Tuesday, the Kershaw County Board of Trustees bid farewell to Kershaw County School District (KCSD) Superintendent Dr. Shane Robbins. Robbins attended his final meeting as he leaves the district to become superintendent of Dorchester County School District 2 on July 1.
