Trustees to consider African American studies, literature

Following months of work from a Kershaw County Board of Trustees committee, the board is ready to take up a proposal to include African American Studies and African American Literature as high school credit courses. Both courses would be taught at the district’s three high schools: Camden, Lugoff and North Central.
