Funding a principal position so that Bethune Elementary School (BES) and Mt. Pisgah Elementary School (MPES) do not have to share one has consistently appeared in Kershaw County School District (KCSD) Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan’s 2017-18 budget proposals since first introduced a month ago. Funding an additional principal came up again during the Kershaw County Board of School Trustees meeting on Tuesday night.
