The Kershaw County Board of School Trustees recognized the Kershaw County swim teams of Camden and Lugoff-Elgin high schools that made the state finals in the program’s third year of existence during its meeting Tuesday. Kershaw County School District (KCSD) Swim Coach Daniel Boyce said the district has 51 swimmers.
