Tuesday, the Kershaw County Board of School Trustees voted not to approve the Kershaw County School District’s (KCSD) Elementary & Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) spending plan. The vote came after a public hearing on the matter, with trustees deciding to meet again on July 27 to further discuss, and possibly reconsider, the district’s proposal.
