NFL Standout, Camden native and Camden High School Alumnus Vonnie Holliday chats with Kershaw County School District Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan at last years Camden Community Youth Summit. The Omega Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and the Vonnie Holliday Foundation will once again host its 4th Annual Camden Community Youth Summit on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 10 a.m. in the Camden High School Gym. The event, for local middle and high school students, is designed to help students gain insight on personal perceptions, hands-on career exploration, discuss gender-specific issues faced by adolescents, and help get them prepared for life after middle and high school. The event is free and lunch will be provided. However, registered participants will be accommodated first. To register, visit www.eventbrite.com and search Camden Youth Summit 2016 or contact Jennifer Holliday at CamdenYouthSummit@gmail.com or (803) 767-7313.
