Terry Gunn is no longer the “interim” chief executive officer (CEO) for KershawHealth. With a moderate raise and a substantial retention bonus attached, Gunn is now the permanent CEO of the county’s public healthcare system. According to an amendment to his contract approved by the KershawHealth Board of Trustees on Dec. 8, signed Dec. 9 and released Monday afternoon to the Chronicle-Independent, Gunn will earn $28,250 per month, or $339,000 per year.
