There might not have been a better “thank you” Monday night inside Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site’s McCaa Tavern than the one relayed by Family Resource Center (FRC) Director Rosalyn Smith Stover. Stover said when she learned the Health Foundation of Kershaw County (HFKC) was granting the FRC $40,680 for mental health treatment services, she asked her staff if there were any clients who would be willing to have her tell their story. A woman Stover called “Sarah” said yes.
