A lot has happened during the last three days as the number of COVID-19 novel coronavirus cases continue to rise across South Carolina, especially here in Kershaw County. As of Thursday afternoon, the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) was counting 29 cases in Kershaw County, or just a little less than 39 percent of the 73 cases statewide.
