Families with mentally or physically disabled loved ones face many difficulties. Expensive medical costs and personal care are just two obstacles which have to be faced. “You don’t get a manual when you have a child, let alone a disabled child,” Executive Director of the Kershaw County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs (KCBDSN) Thoyd Warren said.
