Ziemke steps back from KH board chairmanship
Trustees elect Napper to leadership role

Saying he no longer wanted to be “a distraction,” Scott Ziemke announced at the beginning of Monday’s KershawHealth Board of Trustees meeting that he was stepping back from his role as the board’s chairman. He nominated Trustee Paul Napper, executive director of The ALPHA Center, to be his replacement. Trustees voted unanimously to elect Napper their chairman, with two abstentions: Napper as the nominee; and Trustee Dr. Tallulah Holmstrom, who objected not to Napper, but to the process.
