As 2014 draws to a close, we take a look back at the past 12 months with many of the major news stories of the year. January New Bethune councilmen, mayor take office 2014 began with the newest members of Bethune’s municipal government officially taking office Jan. 2 with a swearing-in ceremony held Thursday at Bethune Town Hall.
