Bethune Town Council is officially back up to a full roster of five with Thursday’s swearing in of Cynthia Hunter, who was voted into office in a special election Jan. 27. Hunter will serve the remainder of the term left by the resignation of Joe Casey, which runs through the end of this year. Bethune Municipal Judge Cody Mitchell administered the oath of office to Hunter as her husband Avery, held the Bible on which she placed her left hand.
